Standard program: In our standard offering, we do basic furniture maintenance, such as visit the site twice a year, lubricate metal moving parts, make sure locks are working properly, and replace malfunctioning lock assemblies. We will also replace broken casters, and do paint touch ups on minor scratches and dents. Fabric on panels can be spot cleaned keeping them looking fresh.
